A typical installation ranges from 2 to 6 hours depending on complexity. Starter builds are on the faster end. Performance and Elite setups with multiple monitors, cable management, and calibration take longer. Custom installations can vary widely. We'll give you a clear timeline during your consultation.

Yes. If you've purchased your rig elsewhere or built it yourself, we still provide full service support. We troubleshoot issues, optimize settings, plan upgrades, and help with compatibility questions — no matter the brand or where it came from. Our expertise isn't limited to our own builds.

We stay current with new releases and can advise on compatibility across brands. Our goal is recommending the right hardware for your needs and budget, not pushing specific brands.
